6 Week Basic Muscle Up Program

This six week program is an add-on training for you to use in conjunction with your current training regime. The Basics Muscle Up Program will help you improve your overall Muscle Up abilities and teach you how to perform a Muscle Up over time.

To help you get the best out of this program you also get instructional videos in conjunction with each session to help guide you through the training giving you key coaching points so you can perform all the workouts and skills to the best of your abilities.

This program also includes one 30 minute coaching call with myself at the start of your program. During these sessions you will get individualized support, advice and have the opportunity to ask me any questions you might want answered in regards to your training.

Each training session over the six weeks will be accompanied by a video and written materials. All of the information will be delivered in a way that is easy to understand and follow. Each week’s materials will include a warm up and cool down stretch session. Each of these are very important to the progression of your practice and play a big role in your training.

The video’s have been specifically put together to guide you through every movement and will provide you with a visual representation of the skills and techniques you are being taught.

Every movement is explained and accompanied by the key points that coaches (if you plan to use this 6 week program to teach Muscle Up classes yourself) and individual athletes need to follow when performing the movements.
