This six week program is an add-on training for you to use in conjunction with your current training regime. The Basics Handstand Program will help you improve your handstand abilities and teach you how to perform handstand holds and eventually, handstand walks.

This program also includes 2 x 30 minute calls with myself at the start and end of your program. During these sessions you will get individualized support, advice and have the opportunity to ask me any questions you might want answered in regards to your training.
