I run gymnastics specific workshops on a regular basis at different Crossfit boxes. My workshops vary in length and theme depending on the needs of the box and their clients. 

My workshops are structure in a way that looks at breaking down specific gymnastics movements mainly used within Crossfit, focusing on the mechanics of the movements. By doing this it gives the persons a better understanding of the movements and a clear way to train better and perform the movement better. I take an in depth look at exercises the athletes can do to increase their strength capacity and efficiency to perform the gymnastics movements.

I create  a personalized training program specific to you and your needs, utilizing my years of experience in strength and conditioning training. My training incorporates a mixture of functional body weight movements, resistance training and barbell work, to give you the most ideal mixture of exercises with the best outcome.

My programming also includes specific focus on mobility exercises because your mobility has a direct impact on your overall performance as well as helping with injury prevention.

I also specifically work with you in setting achievable short and long term goals so you can see measurable results as we move through the training program.

This is a body weight training program aimed at increasing your strength and cardio performance. The main theme is body weight strength and conditioning utilizing a mixture of training styles and methods including cross training, gymnastics and strength and conditioning. Connecting with like minded people from all over the world that want to get fit while having fun and at the same time building a community of like minded people.
